scene.fogEnabled=true crashes Codea

@Simeon, @John, setting scene.fogEnabled=true crashes latest Codea and dumps a lot of Shader code to the side panel.

@piinthesky Found and fixed a bug in the physically based shader that only occurs when fog is enabled
