shade issues

@Simeon - unfortunately no, haven’t got the skill. The robot was off the forum and the fighter was from a freeby site. Just tidying up my files and found a few more and trying to learn how to build/texture at the moment.

Both the robot and the fighter display fully textured in Codea.

@Bri_G Yeah they don’t display textures because Shade is overriding them with its own shader (kind of the whole point of the app). You can reimport the model’s textures if you have them separate by dragging and dropping them in then connecting to the relevant surface inputs.

@John - thanks for the prompt, should have been obvious - so used to .obj/.mtl and .jpg or .png for models. Still I am struggling getting these files to comply. Could you outline a procedure or post an example. Thanks.
