Running Codea code from other applications

In Pythonista you can run the following from other applications.
From example you can place the following in Safari:
pythonista://save_file?action=run&argv=Name&argv=Ext&argv=Content

and it will open up Pythonista and try to run the file save_file.py.

Am I correct that this does not work in Codea?
Any technical reason why it could not?

It won’t work. I can’t answer what it would take to work.

It’s called a URL scheme. There was discussion of this recently in the thread on FLIC buttons
