Hey everybody welcome to my topic I’m hoping to find and I really hope I find it a way to completely run a business solely off my iPad for making apps so that I can work on it anywhere I go collecting media and putting it into the iPad and put it to code and then once I get Wi-Fi connection I will submit it to the store please help anyway you can thank you so much
No, you need a Mac, Xcode, a paid dev account if you want to distribute apps to other people’s iPads.
