Is it possible to turn on the bloom effect for shaders in Codea?

When I create a shader in Shade, I can get a nice glowing effect. But when I move the shader over to Codea the glowing effect is doesn’t appear. I noticed in Shade that the default is for bloom to be turned on. If I turn it off, then I get the same results as Codea.

Is there a setting to active bloom for the scene in Codea?
