It would be great if Codea added support for ios14 widgets. I wonder if Apple would allow it? Pythonista have support for Todays Widgets, but they are quite limited in memory usage.
It would be a different API I guess — Widgets are entirely SwiftUI and declarative, so they wouldn’t be able to render any OpenGL. We would need to design an API that allows for the composition of predefined shapes, images, and layouts

On another topic, I really like the iphone version of Codea, so nice to be able to code some on the go, or as now while my daughter sleeps on me so I cannot move away
