Moved my project to iCloud yesterday. Today it is just gone? Seems like a quite annoying bug. So backup your projects before testing the iCloud feature! 
Ah, it was just unloaded from my iPhone for some reason. Had to find it in the Files app and download it again, otherwise it is invisible.
We’re aware of this bug and we will be working to fix it shortly. Thanks for sharing this and testing iCloud feature.
