@John @Sim @jfperusse - just found out that if you backup your Codea projects to iCloud and later delete your file on the iPad that the duplicate in iCloud is deleted. This may be configurable in iOS but I thought it may be prudent to fire up a message to confirm deletion on the iPad to notify the user of the outcome you could also provide a cancel button with a suggestion that before deleting it would be advisable to export the Codea project locally or externally to avoid totally losing it.

This is a great point. We will modify the delete text to inform users that the file will not be retained in iCloud if you delete it from your iPad

@sim - That’s great. Just tidying up my files as my iPad screen was full when I thought I’d better test it and chose one I was going to delete anyway. Thanks for putting it on your list
