@Simeon, I just noticed the tagging a name at the beginning of a post finally works! Nice! I like the majority of these changes, except for the header… I don’t mind the colour or the new logo so much as the indent of the Codea Talk text. It would make me so much less fidgety if you just put a slight space between the text and the edge of the image. I might be wrong, but it is the primary thing that catches my eye.
P.S. I wasn’t so sure about the turquoise-y colour, but I am starting to like it

@Jmv38 I believe the font size for code tags is unchanged from the previous forum theme. I will take another look.
@SkyTheCoder @JakAttak I will be submitting it shortly. The final beta build has just been sent out.
@Jordan I will continue to modify the header image as well as make other changes to the design over the next few days.
@Simeon: I hope you dont’t feel to harrased by our comments. The design wont keep anyone from using the forum. The users are spread all over the world and are from an wide age range. So there wont be the ultimative font and colour concept for everyone. My wife tries to dress me like a parrot just because its the new wave here. I stick to my BLUE Jeans … and no I will never wear an RED Jeans. It looks imo kind of stupid on someone of my age …

I think that the forums are fine. This is a waste of time when the time could be used on Codea itself. That being said, I love the new theme. It’s growing on me, just like iOS 7’s theme. Do you plan to update Codea’s look?

The code blocks are better now, but I spotted one issue with the colour. It is very close to the selected text colour in Mobile Safari. How about adding a touch of green to make it more distinct?
I know its a small adjustment but would it be possible to have a seperator between threads? A line between each one im assuming you know what I mean, thanks.
After adding seperaters between the threads, it would be nice if the announcement threads were seperated somehow from the other threads. A colored background maybe.

Google search ipad1 update: now it works. Partly. I get the 1rst findings only, cant browse through the pages.
The iPad 1 search doesn’t work. Every now and then I’ll get a response, but if I try the same search again, nothing. The majority of the time I get nothing. Ever since the forum change, 95% of the searches have been nothing. I’ve been using Google search with site: twolivesleft.com to try and find anything. So as far as I can tell, the search function for the iPad 1 hasn’t improved. @Jmv38, you just got lucky with a search.
Same here with my ipad 1. I only get results using the photon browser with a flash streaming session enabled. Maybe our ancient IOS 4xxx is the problem.

Have you guys tried a different browser? It displays the search in a popup window as well.
If it works sometimes, it should work all the time. BUG.
