Did you get the option to browse for a pic?
Yes. When I selected a picture, I got another page that allowed me an option to upload it.
Maybe it’s too big
This has happened to me as well.
So I emailed @Simeon and it turns out a recent update to HTTPS is causing the problem.
We will just have to wait for it to be corrected.
Picture was 47K bytes.
