I feel like using Bluetooth instead of WiFi would make things much faster.
I don’t believe it would be. Beside probably being a nuisance to implement and have VSCode interact with, bluetooth has a far far lower bandwidth capacity than WiFi.
It’s that reason why many local file sharing systems such as Apple’s Airdrop tend to favour WiFi over bluetooth for transfers.

If your iPad is right next to your laptop/pc the connection shouldn’t be a problem the data part though is the biggest problem there are ways to transfer files through Bluetooth but it does sucks butt. And I’m not sure if vs code can even do Bluetooth.
