in Codea Reference → Physics → physics.body, there is a little mistake on the units for density: it reads “kg/m^2”, it should be “kg/m^3”.

The physics engine is based on Box2D, with emphasis on 2D. The density in a 2D world is - unbelievably - best described in kg / m^2.

@Codeslinger, thanks…
Interesting… :-? There should be a sound explanation by means of dimensonal analysis (involving pixels, meters, etc.), which I can’t figure out at the moment…

In Codea Reference → Physics → physics.body : “inertia … the ‘momoment’ of inertia”

Thanks @quezadav. Fixed that one.
