What would the code be for making a web app for the iPhone. In which the app would open up safari and load my website

This is a forum for a specific application for the iPad and so not one where that question could be answered. I recommend that you ask this on a forum for writing general applications for iPhone/iPads. (I don’t know of any myself, but you could try asking where such a forum exists on http://apple.stackexchange.com, or try asking a more specific question on StackOverflow, http://www.stackoverflow.com.)
If what you’re asking is how to launch Safari from within a Codea app, I don’t believe that’s possible.
If the feature was added it would get used. Possibly add it to https://bitbucket.org/TwoLivesLeft/codea/issues
