WATCH_DOGS Inspired App

I was inspired by the game WATCH_DOGS (A game where you hack a city and the civilians with your phone.) And I have decided it would be a great project to do in Codea! So far I have a phone number tracer, which tells you all the details about the phoner, including the location of the phone (I am surprised this is legal), and I was wondering if any of you have any legal, but creative ideas to add to this hacking app!
