Polygon and a square

If I make something like a ramp out of polygons (with an increasing gradient) the corners of the box can collide with a vertex causing the box to stop and flip over. The problem I’m thinking could be solved with putting a circle on each corner but that’s effort and it will change the way the box moves, any ideas?

edit: This doesn’t just happen with ramps I made the floor out of tiles using a square polygon and if I put them directly next to eachother the box still “trips over”
