Like the man says. When I look in Files app, I see icons on some of my old files that have them, and on my Path.lua, which I set icon on the other day, it’s not there. Pretty sure I restarted Files, but will double check and report back.
@RonJeffries Codea 2.6.1 doesn’t use a custom file renderer in the Files app so every Codea project will have the same icon, or at least it should.
The version currently in review with Apple exposes a custom icon renderer for the Files app to use.
Some of my old files in the Codea folder DO show custom icons. I have no explanation for this. It /is/ a new iPad. I’ll look on the old one and see if they are shown there, if I remember.

Is the Roulette one a Codea document or is it just an image file that happens to live in the Documents folder of Codea? (You can long press on it and choose “Get Info” to see everything about the file, including the extension).
