making link to itunes in app?

Trying to make a link to the app store in my new game where people can tap on it to go to my page in the app store that has all my apps in it. The problem is I cannot find the URL for the app store, only the one for iTunes, which doesn’t open up right on the iPad.

When I try to get to the page on iPad or Mac in google or safari it redirects me to the application for the app store, where I cannot view the link. Does anyone know how to find the link for my “Apps by this developer” Page in the app store in a way that will make it open up in the app store application on a iPhone or iPad?
