This looks great I can see a lot of potential with this and there being a remote coding environment will make a huge change to ease of development when people dont have their ipads with them but use of a computer. I cant say this easily as I dont really have much of an opinion due to lack of experience but what would a remote codea viewer take? In the sense of being able to run the code in a recreated environment or hooking up a sort of vnc viewer to view the ipad screen and actually run the project from pc?
I just got my iPod touch yesterday, and I’ toying around with using CocoasHTTPServer and this script to run Codea code on my iPod from my iPad with Textastic.
@simeon if air code makes it into release, I think it would be awesome if we did get an iphone client. The problem of coding on it would be gone with air code and we would be able to develop and test on the iphone a lot easier. Heck Id pay for it.
