The BuiltInModelInator reads all the models in the builtin directory and then lets you put any of them on any entity.
The zip also includes ParameterRefresher because BuiltInModelInator needs it as a dependency.
Update
Now has a “random model” button that will randomly assign a built-in model to the subject. Not useful for much!
