Pythonista

Pythonista 1.3 update: now they can read and save from camera roll, from a program… They seem to have a wildcard from Apple compared to others. They have so many libraries, right now available…

I see pythonista as more of a solid tool that can interface with the iPad better than Codea. And i see Codea as a tool that can manipulate graphics far better than pythonista. Then ocmes the programming language, python, which i prefer over lua. All in all it really depends what i want to attempt if it requires some graphics manipulation i’d rather use Codea and if i need to create files or do anything that requires more than just the default libraries (the one that comes with the app) i’ll always choose Pythonista.

I own Pythonista, and I love it, but like @Dalorbi said, Pythonista tends to be better for utilities and automation and Codea for games. That being said, I really, desperately need access to the camera roll to finish a piece of code I have…
